A JKB team member for over 8 years, Cherie leads and collaborates directly with Jessica and the other sales agents to continue to innovate on how we can better serve our clients as the market continually shifts and changes over time. Cherie’s Interior Design degree from Baylor University also proves invaluable to all her clients as she helps both buyers and sellers to visualize themselves and their belongings in a new home or to know what features and design elements of a home will help it sell best.
When it comes to buying a home, Cherie loves working with first-time-homebuyers, move-up buyers, and clients who choose to build a brand new home from the ground up. She is always up-to-date on new construction opportunities all over the metroplex, specifically the pros and cons of working with each of the various local home builders. If it is you’re a first-time-homebuyer or simply new to the Austin market, Cherie is patient, easy to talk to, a creative negotiator, and able to expertly guide you through the often stressful and complicated process of buying a home in this competitive market.

As a resident of Easton Park since the very beginning of the neighborhood in 2016, she is extremely knowledgeable about the community in general and about all of the real estate opportunities available from resale homes to new construction options. She is heavily involved in the community as a member of multiple HOA led committees and as founder of the Supper Club, the Infant Parent Support Group, and the Toddler Parent Support Group.
In her free time, Cherie enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, Logan, two children, Roland and Sage, and two dogs, Luna and Emmy.
